We're a hardwood-first company. Refinishing, sanding, staining, repairs, stairs, and new hardwood or LVP installation. The sanding isn't subcontracted to somebody you've never met.
Most of our work comes from referrals in Union, Essex and Middlesex counties, which means the job has to be right the first time, and the house has to be left clean.

How we work
Four things you can count on with every job.
- We tell you if the floor shouldn't be refinished. A floor that's too thin gets a straight answer, not a sanding you'll regret.
- We show up when we say we will. Early, if anything, as more than one review points out.
- We fix other people's work. Uneven installs, bad transitions, finish that peeled. It's a regular part of what we do.
- We use professional-grade stains and finishes and we'll tell you which ones, and why, for your room.
